All items are designed in the United States. The vast majority of products are both shipped from and printed/assembled inside the United States, unless your order is placed from outside the U.S., or on rare occasion, no U.S. sources have the item in stock at your time of order, in which case, overseas companies may be used to complete your order. We prefer American components, wherever possible and have multiple U.S. sources. We continually look for new product ideas and to increase U.S. sourced items.

Thank you for shopping at Your Design MD. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Returns:

1.  If you receive a defective or an item that appears damaged by the manufacturer, not the shipper, please contact our customer service below, within three (3) working days of receiving the product for a Return Authorization. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

*Do Not Return the Item directly to the manufacturer or address on the package, they do not handle returns/exchanges. 

 

2. We currently cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing as each piece is made to order specially for you, per your selection choice/s. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description, size chart, and any other relevant information before making a selection and purchase.

 

3. All returned items must be in their original new condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.

 

Shipping Cost Refunds:

1. Except in cases where one of our integrated systems/manufacturers has made an error in shipping the wrong item or a defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable

 

2. If you are eligible for a shipping cost refund, please contact our customer service below,

within three (3) working days of receiving the product.

We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund.

 

Exchanges:

1. We cannot offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item that is defective, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item after contacting us for return authorization.

 

2. Approved Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, and you cannot find a replacement item you desire, we will issue a store credit or refund for the returned item.

 

Please note:

- Please choose Priority Express Shipping if you are ordering within 14 days of a holiday, as your item/s is manufactured specifically for you, and is not pre-made. It takes from one ( 1 ) to three and a half ( 3.5 ) days for an item to be made after the payment clears and the order is received, except during peak periods where it may take a day or so longer. Also add Shipping time/s to your calculations.

 

- Some locations do not provide Priority/Express Shipping. 

 

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged in transit products during initial delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt as proof of shipment. Any issues of that nature should be taken up with the shipping company - USPS.

 

- Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

- Any promotional discounts or offers applied to the original purchase may not be applicable to the exchanged replacement item.
